Delas – Domaine des Grands Chemins – 2019

Inky dark purple core and hue. Intense and pure with crushed stone, pepper, raw meat and inky dark fruit. Concentrated and muscular with layers of blackberry, cassis, pepper, some oak appearing on the palate, well balanced with a fresh acidity underneath, perfectly ripe tannin and a very long vigorous finish.
