Bright transparent colour. Pure and intense nose of ripe quince with floral notes, some candied fruit and ripe citrus. Fine palate balancing between sweetness and a refreshing alcohol, pure fruit flavours, mildly spicy with a long and lingering finish, very fine liqueur.
