Deep amber colour with a light green rim indicating its age. The nose is intense and complex displaying notes of fine wood with tobacco, fine spices, dried fruit like figs and dates, almost a hint of truffle and smoke, yet a touch of fresh fruitiness typical for Armagnac like plum or apricot. The palate is harmonious, well-integrated alcohol paired with sweet fruit, yet remaining dry without sugar, lingering and long finish. Mature and complex.
