France,
Corsica,
Youthful white wine, good brightness here, light straw colour. Very nice nose here, a wine displaying purity; there’s also that mineral notion here, slight stoniness. Discreet but still well-present fruit, ripe lemon, some notes of stone fruit, peach. Very good grip on the palate, it’s a really well-kept acidity here, giving a nice mouthwatering sensation. In terms of volume it’s light towards medium weight, but it has a very good flavour intensity here, we have pure slightly mineral-infused stone fruit with ripe citrus and some floral notes coming back on the aftertaste, a slight nuttiness. There’s not really any oak in this one, it’s more made in a precise, clean and pure style. So lighter weight, but it has a good persistence, it keeps lingering. Truly fine, with a positive I would say austere mouthwatering finish. Very good.
