Domaine St Jacques – Pinot Noir – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour with a purple hue. Pure nose displaying wild berries, cherry, orange zest, clove and pepper. Rather full palate, still a youthful texture and grip with firm tannin and a high acidity, yet with nice ripe red fruit, fine spices and a rather long finish. Still needing some time to soften.
