Very youthful and bright colour, pale straw with a green hue. Still with a slight presence of CO2. Pure and vibrant nose. Slightly exotic, there are notes of mint, like ripe herbs, some balsamic notes. A lot of citrus oil, like grapefruit, lemon zest and barely ripe green apple and pear. Bright palate. On the lighter side. Good freshness. A bit less than medium-bodied, but with youthful and crispy fruit such as crushed apple. With some herbal spiciness. Medium towards long finish.
