Inky dark colour with a purple hue. Some evolution on the nose, butterscotch, new oak, inky dark fruit and sweet spices. The palate has extraordinary richness and weight, balanced oak and extraction, still youthful with ripe dark berries, liquorice and pepper notes, very long and grippy finish. A big wine still needing time to open up fully.
