Medium deep ruby red colour. Fine nose with some complexity, finely roasted oak, wild berry fruit, tobacco and mild spices. The palate has a good grip. Medium weight but with flavour intensity and persistency, appealing raspberry notes, ginger, clove and pepper with integrated oak and a long supple finish, still a bit youthful but with good proportions.
