The colour is rather opaque and very dense. The nose is deliciously perfumed with hints of dark berries, cassis, sweet apricot, spices, meat and flowers. The palate is nicely balanced and offers sweet ripe berries, meaty notes, plenty of ripe tannin, a balancing acidity and long lingering finish, very nice and highly potent.
