Guarini – C’era una Volta Pinot Noir – 2017

Medium deep ruby red colour. Some balsamic notes on the nose, leather, sour cherry and dry spices. Medium weight, balsamic flavours, high acidity and restrained fruit with a rounded texture and a moderate finish. A bit tight with more acidity than fruit.
