France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Red wine with a medium intense ruby-purple nuance. Very youthful on the nose. Still with primary fruit, more like freshly fermented grapes, crushed berry fruit. More on the red fruity side with hints of plum, sweet spices, no evident oak. Soft and juicy palate, lighter structure. Really based on that juicy, succulent fruit, with a good level of freshness. There is a tannic presence on the finish, indicating its youth. A wine I still think would need another year to settle. But from then on it should drink really nicely and to be enjoyed slightly chilled, in this subtle, fruit forward style.
