Bright and youthful straw colour. Pure nose, less aromatic than the grape can be but finely nuanced with fresh pear, plum, ginger, dry spices and some flinty notes. Good bite on the palate, close to dry with a slight sweet fruity sensation but fine extract and acidity underneath. Layered and long finish.
