La Perla – Riserva Elisa – 2012

Light ruby colour with an orange hue. Generous nose, some maturity, sweet red berries, cherry, tobacco and roasted oak. The palate sits in the medium bodied range with high acidity and young tannin, no hard edges but still unresolved, it has length and nice fruit, just needing some time to soften and develop.
