La Spia – PG 40 Sassella – 2011

Rather pale ruby red colour with an orange hue. Some maturity on the nose with light red fruit, some new oak, dry spices and tobacco. The palate has medium weight, some maturity and candied fruit with a tannic backbone, fresh acidity, some present oak notes and a fairly long finish, still with a slight tannic bite.
