Light golden colour with a green hue. Fine intensity and purity with crushed stone flint, fresh stone fruit, lemongrass and mint notes. Warm and grippy rather full structure with fine extract/skin bitterness, high ripeness but a vital acidity, lush yellow fruit and a long lingering finish.
