Bright dark purple colour. Pure nose of fresh dark fruit, plum, blackberry, cassis with clove and black pepper notes. The palate is dense still youthful but with good proportions, ripe tannin, a vibrant acidity and layers of spicy dark fruit. Very good grip and length, could certainly be enjoyed today but it still has a lot to give, fine potential.
