Les Grands Chais de France – Symbiose – 2019

Inky young colour with a purple hue. Sweet aromas of jammed plum, fig and garrigue. Youthful palate with high extraction, high acidity and tannin with sweet fruit flavours, rather long finish but still knit needing some more time to soften.
