Les Hauts de Guillaman – 2020

Inky dark purple core and hue. The nose is still youthful with inky dark fruit, cherry, cassis dried herbs, tobacco and some toasted oak. Dense and concentrated palate, still a youthful slightly tannic texture needing time to soften, layers of spicy dark fruit and a long persistency, ambitious but still a bit young and restrained needing 2-3 years.
