Medium deep golden colour. Intense nose, a clear flour/biological ageing character but not oxidation, notes of walnut, dried fruits, tobacco and spice. Very nice bite on the palate, fresh and salivating with vivid citrus and youthful fruit flavours with a complex nutty spiciness and a long lingering finish.
