Provam – Côto de Mamoelas – 2014

Light golden colour. Youthful rather large bubbles. Pure nose, fragrant with floral hints, green apple, pear and some grapey notes. Fresh palate, rather full bodied, some skin bitterness, a creamy mousse, youthful fruit, some zest, lemon and lime notes. Pleasant, young and fresh with a medium long finish.
