Quinta do Piloto – Collection – 2015

Very inky dark purple core. Youthful nose of cassis, blackberry, plum, dry spices and pepper. Very dense and concentrated palate, still youthful and tight but no hard edges, layers of inky dark fruit with bay leaf, sage, pepper and liquorice, pure, long and dense finish. Should have excellent potential but is still a bit too young to enjoy.
