Quinta do Quetzal – Cabernet Sauvignon – 2012

Dark dense inky core and a ruby rim. Some dried fruit notes, cassis, dried herbs, sage and mint. The palate is dense and tannic, there´s some evolution and spicy notes, sweet fruit, notes of jammed berries, new oak, tobacco and a medium to long finish.
