Raymond Huet – 2009
Haut Médoc
France,
Bordeaux,
Young and dark fruity nose, blackcurrant, plum and some roasted new oak and vanilla, the palate is quite tight and restrained, on the fuller side but with rather harsh tannin at present, medium long finish, finishes quite dry - a wine that clearly needs a few years of cellaring to shed the tannin.
