Rivetti & Lauro – Ui Sassella – 2013

Light ruby red colour with a tawny hue. The nose offers some new oak, a high ripeness, sweet plum and red berry comfiture with dry spices. Quite full palate with high extract and tannin, no hard edges but will improve from further cellaring for sure. Good freshness purity of fruit and persistency.
