Solms Delta – Hiervandaan – 2014

Light to medium ruby red colour. Fragrant nose with floral hints, sweet plum, red berries and gingerbread spice. Classic medium bodied palate, sweet slightly baked fruit but with a fresh acidity underlining, rather mild tannin, plenty of dry spices, a slight evolution and hint of complexity. Spicy and quite long finish, balanced, classic Rhône style with good drinkability.
