Solms Delta – Van de Caab – 2015

Medium to deep ruby with a purple hue. Pure nose with fine layers of spice, pepper, clove, ginger blending red and dark berries, discreet wood and a hint of meat. The palate has medium weight with dense fruit a really fresh bite, digest with ripe tannin, spicy notes, tobacco and a long, polished finish.
