Tenuta Ambrosini – Extra Brut – NV

Bright straw colour with a gentle foamy mousse. Pure and youthful nose, still restrained fruit with fresh citrus, green apple, lemongrass and some herbal chamomile notes. Medium weight on the palate, balanced in a lighter style, fresh and zesty with crushed apple, a mild creamy mousse and a medium to long, fresh finish.
