Deep golden colour, rather light for Cognac, no caramel for sure. Pure nose, more on the youthful side with fine oak, almond, marzipan, dried fruit, some grapy hints, pepper, clove and vanilla. Nice bite on the palate, balanced and spicy flavours, a youthful and vigorous style without sweetness or maturity but balanced with a rather long finish.
