Unicorn Estate – Equilibrium Rkatsiteli – 2015

Pale straw colour with a copper/pink hue. Perfumed and floral nose with an herbal spiciness, lemongrass, fresh almond and nuts with citrus notes. The palate has medium weight with fine extract, good grip and zesty citrus notes, still youthful fruit but it has length, grip and bite. Interesting and full of character.
