Unicorn Estate – Private Collection Symbioz – 2013

Dense dark ruby colour with a purple hue. Youthful nose offering dark berries plum and an herbal spiciness. Medium bodied palate, fresh with young fruit, cassis, plum and new oak flavours, some green herbal spiciness, ripe but young tannin, and a rather long finish but a bit unresolved needing time to open.
