Unicorn Estate – Private Collection Symbioz Pinot Noir – 2009

Medium deep ruby red colour. Rather intense nose, some evolution already, leather, tobacco dry spices and darker fruit notes. The palate is rather dense, still with a tannic presence, fine spices like clove, ginger and pepper with sweet red and dark berry fruit and a rather long finish. Still a bit youthful and unresolved but should develop well.
