Pale straw colour with a green hue. Intense and tropical nose of pineapple, grapefruit, citrus and fresh butter. Good bite on the palate, zesty with a balanced bitterness that adds freshness, full bodied and persistent with layers of stone fruit and pepper on the long finish.
