Very youthful colour here, greenish hue, very pale straw colour. Still with a slight hint of CO2 indicating youth. The nose is floral, pure, intense, with hints of white flower, green apple, lime and some herbs. So quite greenish in terms of aroma. The palate is generous with medium weight, slight hint of sweetness there, but with a youthful acidity, giving a good bite and zest to the palate. Some more fruitiness is emerging on the palate, like hints of fresh grapes, fresh pineapple paired with that lime zest, fresh herbs. Medium towards long finish.
