So a very youthful example here, there is barely no colour. Hint of green, very pale, straw colour. Obviously youthful, there is still a hint of CO2 present. The nose is very aromatic. Generous with hints of fresh grapes, green apple, lime and pear. Absolutely no indication of oak. The palate is quite light-bodied, but with a good zest and flavour intensity here. Youthful green fruit, with some herbal notes, lemon, lime, some pear. There is a good level of acidity, quite mouth-watering. It is light-weight in terms of body, but it does have a fairly long finish, with those juicy and zesty young fruit.
