Bright straw colour. The nose is intense and aromatic and displays yellow fruit, some mineral notes, citrus and flowers. The palate is nicely structured with a high acidity, purity and freshness, still with a good amount of sweetness but rather an Eiswein style, lingering flavours of yellow fruit, very fine length and balance.
