Bright straw colour with a green hue. Spicy nose with fennel aniseed, citrus, white fleshed fruit, grape and pepper notes. Very nice bite on the palate, a balanced bitterness adding lift and bite, peppery and citrusy fruit notes with both roundness and freshness leading to a long and spicy finish with nice purity and character.
