Weingut Strauss – Sauvignon Blanc Steinbach Hundsberg – 2015

Bright light golden colour. Pure and fresh nose of tropical fruit with passion fruit, lime, lemongrass and some floral notes, no oak noticeable but a bit more roundness and creaminess on the palate, nicely textured with a fresh backbone, balanced and nuanced with digest fruit, good length and grip.
