Bright light golden colour with a youthful and vivid mousse. Pure nose offering some nutty notes, fresh almond, citrus and white fleshed fruit. Medium weight on the palate, a slight bitterness and peppery notes, feeling like Grüner, crushed apple and ripe lemon flavours with a rounded mousse and finish. Slightly rustic style but feeling truly austrian.
