Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure and classic Grüner nose of grapefruit, white pepper, wild herbs and floral notes. The palate has medium weight with nice grip and fine bitterness with generous flavour intensity, white fleshed fruit like pear and apple with zesty and peppery notes leading to a long pure finish.
