Bright light golden colour with a vivid creamy mousse. Pure and vinous nose showing white flower, ripe citrus, fresh butter, pastry and confit de citron. The palate is rather full with a nice grip and fine extract, pale stone fruit and lemon zest flavours with a fine creaminess and a long lingering finish.
