Medium deep golden colour. Exotic and complex nose offering honey, caramel, pastry, mango, papaya and a wealth of exotic fruit. The palate is bone dry despite a sweet indication on the nose, fine extract/tannin giving lift, layers of lush yellow fruit backed by a bright acidity leading to a long and lingering finish.
