Bright light golden colour with a rather gentle mousseux. Pure nose offering both some autolytic notes of brioche and butter with the aromatic stone fruit a la Riesling. The palate is bone dry with a bright freshness, pale stone fruit flavours with a light creaminess, well-balanced with fine persistency and finish.
