Deep golden towards light amber or perhaps orange would be a better descriptor. Pure and intense nose, no oxidation, crushed nuts, almond, dried apricot, fig, fine wood and tobacco notes. Bone dry with a balanced but tannic presence, it shows the texture and flavours of a sweet wine but remains bone dry, well balanced with good purity, character and a long spicy finish.
