Intense bright purple core and hue. Ripe and dark fruity nose with some roasted notes, not necessarily oak with pepper, spice box, cassis and black plum. The palate is dense, youthful and chewy, high extract but balanced, still in a youthful phase with attractive dark fruity flavours paired with pepper and dry spices continuing on a long finish. Fine material for ageing.
