Ca del Bosco – Vintage Collection Dosage Zero Riserva – 2007

Medium deep golden colour with fine tiny bubbles. Intense and ripe nose showing some autolys with butter and crushed nuts, ripe darker fruit like pear, plum, cherry and red berries, some fine spicy notes like « pain d´epices ». The palate is full bodied with ripe fruit, yet well restrained by a bright acidity and the no dosage but a wealth of ripe pear and red berry fruit, there´s a slight tannic presence but no bitterness, just adding structure, long, bold and lingering finish. Complex wine with plenty of character, well defined ripe Pinot Noir without oxidation, really nice.
