Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Pure and layered nose combining herbal sage and mint with grapefruit, ripe citrus, and pale stone fruit with a mild hint of oak underneath. Bone-dry, almost salty sensation on the palate in a positive sense, vibrant acidity and good layers, fairly ripe, yet crisp fruit with balanced oak-influence and a long pure finish.
