Château Begadan – 2016
Médoc
France,
Bordeaux,
Dark purple core and a lighter rim. Pure nose offering red and dark berries with roasted oak, smoke and plenty of spiciness. Medium weight with a youthful tannic bite, some notes of butterscotch and oak with sweet fruit, crème de cassis and tobacco followed by a rather long, still young finish.
