Château Fontenil – 2021

Dark purple core and hue. Darker fruit notes, blackberry, cassis, and some chalky truffle hints with mild oak and spice underneath. Good grip and volume, already well rounded with grainy tannin, a refreshing backbone of acidity, elegant fruit, supple, almost Burgundian texture with fine purity and persistency.
