Inky dark core and a lighter ruby rim. Pure nose with sweet red fruit, pepper and dry spices with a gentle hint of oak. The palate has a rounded texture with mild tannin, fine spiciness with crushed cherry and red berry notes, a slight hint of truffle and smoke, good grip, spiciness and length on the finish.
