Dense dark ruby red core with a lighter mature rim. Mature, intense and complex nose, some balsamic resin-like notes but still good purity with notes of dark berries, wild herbs, leather and tobacco. Full bodied with dense fruit and tannin, starting to mature and come around with a peppery spiciness, lush dark fruit and a long spicy finish.
